Since the beginning of his career, he has focused on Industrial and Land site selection and transactions. While focusing in the Northeast Florida area, Chuck has experience and a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Skilled in market research, site selection, land development, negotiation, industrial, office, apartments, and retail. He is a strong real estate professional with a BSBA focused in Finance, General from University of North Florida.
All of these roles have allowed Chuck to develop many commercial real estate relationships in the Jacksonville business community. His network, experience and historical knowledge has allowed him to provide our clients with important insight and success in getting properties connected to the right tenants.
