Greene Commercial Real Estate Group was founded in 2003 by Murray Greene, a real estate professional with more than 35 years experience working for owners of Class A properties. The work we’ve done has been the backbone for many well-known real estate groups.

We’ve Built Class A Service From The Ground Up
Murray and our leadership team started their careers working in real estate from the ground up. Murray himself worked in building engineering, being profiled in 1996 as the first maintenance innovator. Murray started working with Rick Beaver along the way. Rick began working in building maintenance before creating the commercial landscape maintenance company Agricare, a company he would grow to a regional franchise known for excellence in service.
As large markets started to develop, Murray and his team started to see areas devolve from Class A to lower classes only to be revived again through innovation and a clear understanding of what it takes to ensure the success of investors and tenants alike.
Supporting Excellence In Our Industry
As the real estate market grew, so did the need to share information to promote innovation. That’s how Murray and his team became part of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Originally interacting on the local level, Murray has become a BOMA Fellow. Rick also lends his entrepreneurial expertise as the current Executive Director of BOMA Jacksonville.
All this and more made Greene a name that’s trusted by the most demanding clients in the business. Today, with the help of the right network of partners and vendors, we are able to help clients with varying levels of properties find success and better alignment with their financial goals.
